Important Notes:
- Rates and fees subject to change without advance notification. - VAT 15% is not included an will be levied on evrything except trophy fees.
- Trophy fees will be levied with 15% if an animal is wounded and lost.
- Wounded animals will be charged fully.
- Gratuities are not included.
- Shipping and Dipping will be charged separtely.
- Special permits will have to be acquired for Cheetah, Leopard, Roan, Sable, Dama DikDik & Giraffe, therefore at least two months prior notice is required.



 
 
Bookings and reservations are accepted with a minimum deposit of 1500 USD. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded but may be forewarded under new terms. All remaining payments must be made before leaving the farm in cash (Euro or US$), by Credit Card (Visa, Master), travellers cheques or bank transfer. Where applicable, current and prevailing exchange rates will be used. Personal cheques will NOT be accepted.

Prices included :
* Services of a licensed professional hunter with 4x4 vehicle.
* Accommodation and all meals.
* Produce from own orchard and vegetable gardens on farm.
* Daily Laundry.
* Alcoholic drinks to the meals.
* Field preparation of trophies.
* Planning, booking and reservation of sightseeing tours.
* Transport of Trophies to Windhoek.
* No airport transfer fees if stay is 10 days or more.

We would gladly assist with the planning and booking of an "all-inclusive" tour of Namibia which would then include our hunt.

Not included are:
* Expenses of personal nature like Telephone, Fax, Internet, etc.
* Gratuities to staff,
* Personal Insurance
* Hotel cost before or after the hunt
* Alcoholic beverages
* Rifle hire and ammunition
* Taxidermy, Tannery or shipping costs.

(it is recommended that the services of a qualified taxidermist and forwarder are used to transport the trophies to your home town, since strict veterinary and export regulations have to be maintained)

Preparations and Equipment for OKONDURA SAFARI:
- Rifle (we recommend 30 cal. or larger ) with scope.
- Ammunition: 80 to 100 rounds, soft point.
- A good par of binoculars (7x35 or 10 x 40).
- Photographic equipment.
- 3 pairs of cammo or olive green hunting pants and shirts (long sleeve).
- 1 pair of hunting boots and good, comfortable light shoes.
- 4 pairs of comfortable socks for hunting.
- A warm, rugged hunting jacket and vest (June, July & August are winter months).
- Sunglasses and a hat.
- Sunscreen or sunblock.
- Leisure wear and shoes (for evening or visiting elsewhere in Namibia).

Altough we maintain utmost care and precaution for the safety of our guests, we cannot accept responsibility for any illness, accident or loss whatsoever - nor any expenses of any nature arising therefrom. We advise therefore, that you acquire sufficient insurance for yourself, your personal belongings and your baggage before you leave home.
